Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and carrier delays. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. KaréBeauty is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 Lost delayed packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, KaréBeauty is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
