At KaréBeauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all lash products, lip products, and beauty accessories are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened, used, or worn products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will be happy to help resolve it.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us. While we cannot accept returns on opened beauty products, we may offer a one-time discount code for a future purchase as a courtesy.
